We do mostly residential kitchen and bath cabinets, but have done commercial projects as well.
Although there are differences in the appearance and materials of our cabinetry, they all have several things in common. First and foremost, we always use quality materials and construction.
The boxes are all made with prefinished plywood. This ensures long life and durability as well as easy cleanup. Where possible, we make our upper cabinets 42″ tall as our standard height. We also make them 14″ deep as our standard depth. All of our plywood boxes are dadoed, glued and nailed.
Our face frames are all solid wood and are glued and screwed together. No nails holes are visible in the face frame.
Our doors are made of solid wood or MDF (customer choice) and feature a finger pull edge. This is our prefered edge profile and it gives you the option of using pulls or not and still have a great look. We also offer other edge profiles. Our most often used panel is solid wood and is raised. Other panel options include flat, glass, MDF, tin, and plexiglass. Really, the panel options are endless, so use your imagination. All of our doors are equipped with hidden hinges and silicone bumpers. Another nice option is soft close hardware, which can be installed at the customer’s request.
We make our drawers from prefinished plywood and use quality construction. We use 100# full extension ball bearing drawer slides as our standard. You also might like to try the soft close feature for the drawers.
We have mounted dishwashers on top of drawers and made cubby holes for bills or what-nots. We finish most of our cabinets just like the customer wants with a lacquer finish. We will also leave them unfinished at the customers request.
We use a CNC (computer numerically controlled) router to help with work load and enhance our cabinetry products. The CNC will also allow us to create custom carved cabinet doors, molding, or embellishments. Check out our CNC Services page for more information and pictures!
The finished product can be quite stunning, and it is all completely customizable!
