Handmade Spalted Pecan Pen
These are very nice looking pens. They are mostly light colored with dark streaks and lines throughout. The dark lines and streaks start to form after the tree has been cut and starts to die and is left in the weather. The result of this natural process is beautiful wood. They are made from pecan trees downed during hurricane Rita. All pens take Cross refills. See below for custom engraving option.

	Handmade Oak Pen These are very special pens. These pens are dark for oak and have very bold grain. They are made from an oak tree that was 56" in diameter at the base. The tree finally gave up and died after 150 years. The tree belonged to our grandfather and it was said that it was poisoned many times. It never succumbed to the poison, but we think that's what gives the pens a unique look. All pens take Cross refills. This pen is more expensive due to its special appearance and limited quantity. Please specify gold or brushed aluminum clip (gold shown above, brushed aluminum below). Price: $50.00 each
